Return Policy
We are proud to offer only the highest quality products with exceptional customer
service, and have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We have researched and tested our
products to ensure they are the "best-of-the-best." If we don't meet your expectations
we want to know about it.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return
or exchange. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are
eligible for a full refund. Items returned in new, unused condition after 30 days
are eligible for a store credit.
The following items are not eligible for return: Dog food or cat food and/or supplements
in SmartPaks, embroidered or engraved items, and custom special order items. Please
also see individual product descriptions for special size and color options that
may not be eligible for return.
State and federal regulations prohibit us from accepting pharmaceuticals for return.
Health regulations also prohibit us from accepting undergarments (underwear and
bras) that have been tried on or worn. Undergarments must be in the original, sealed
packaging in order to be considered for return or exchange.
Dog blankets must be returned in new, unused condition. Any blankets that are returned
having been worn must be thoroughly cleaned by the customer in order to be eligible
for inspection. A refund, store credit, exchange or replacement from us or the manufacturer
will be processed once our Returns Department receives and inspects the blanket.
