If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are eligible for a full refund. Items returned in new, unused condition after 30 days are eligible for a account credit.

The following items are not eligible for return: supplements in Daily Dose SmartPaks, PortionPaks, embroidered or engraved items and custom special order items. Please also see individual product descriptions for special size and color options that may not be eligible for return

State and federal regulations prohibit us from accepting pharmaceuticals for return.
