Ordering for Multiple Dogs
To order SmartPaks for multiple dogs, go ahead and select the supplements you want from Browse Products. When you add it to your order you will have the option to select from an animal you have already entered or to add a new one. During the checkout process you will be able to assign different shipping addresses if you keep your animals in different locations and adjust the shipping dates if you would like all of the orders to ship together on the same date.

Syncing a New SmartPak with Existing SmartPaks to Save on Shipping
When you have selected all of the items that you want for your new order hit "checkout", assign a shipping address and hit "continue". On the Submit Order page find the order for the new SmartPak and click on "adjust dates" under the animal's name. Select the "synch my shipment with other orders" radio button and select the shipment date that you want to sync with. Click the “Update” button and then proceed to Checkout.

How to Order If You Feed Some Supplements Twice a Day and Some Only in the Morning
When ordering the supplement, specify "Custom dose" and enter an amount to be fed and specify whether you would like this item fed in the AM, PM or both. You may specify all of your supplements to be fed in only the AM or only the PM without incurring any extra charges. If you receive AM and PM supplements you will receive a separate set of 28 SmartPaks for EACH feeding with the SmartPaks labeled AM and PM. Some supplement combinations do not fit in our longest strip of SmartPaks (7 "wells"). If you order more than 7 supplements or if you receive voluminous supplements your order will come in two (or more) sets of SmartPaks.

We produce and ship your first order of custom SmartPaks within 24 hours of receiving your completed order. Your second delivery of SmartPaks arrives exactly 21 days after your first order to establish a one week overlap, ensuring that you won't run out of supplements. After your second delivery, your order arrives every 28 days. Each order of SmartPaks that you receive contains 28 day's of supplements; 28 individual SmartPaks.

Changing the Dose of a Supplement Already in Your Dog's SmartPak
To change the dosage on a supplement that has been submitted and is already in a SmartPak, it must be removed, and then added back in with the new dosage. Remember that a dosage that is changed after your process date will be effective for your next order.

What’s in Your SmartPak
Each SmartPak is individually labeled with your animal's name and the contents of each well in the SmartPak. Each well's contents are listed in order from 1 up to 7. The first supplement listed is in the first well on the left (you can determine left from right by holding the package with the label right side up).

Getting Multiple Dispensers
If your animal receives AM and PM supplements you will receive a separate set of 28 SmartPaks for EACH feeding with the SmartPaks labeled AM and PM. Some supplement combinations do not fit in our longest strip of SmartPaks (7 “wells”). If you order more than 7 supplements or if your animal receives voluminous supplements your order will come in two (or more) sets of SmartPaks.

Avoid Spilling Supplements When Dispensing Really Long SmartPaks!
If you open only two or three wells at a time and dump the contents in you can easily pour your SmartPak into the bowl. So it goes: uncover 2, dump, uncover next 2, dump, etc.

When You Have an Empty Well
The smallest size SmartPak that we have has 2 wells in it. If your order only takes up one well the remaining well will be empty.

If The Manufacturer’s Dosing Instructions Differ From the SmartPak Dosing
In any case where our doses differ from the manufacturers suggested dose we have had an explicit conversation with the manufacturer and have their approval to use a modified dosing schedule in SmartPaks.

I feed my own animals, why would I need this?
It will save you time, ensure you feed the same amount every time (even when you are in a hurry!), and ensure potency by protecting your supplements from humidity and oxidation. And you will be secure in knowing that when you use a sitter, they will be able to easily and accurately feed the correct supplements and / or dog food while you are away. SmartPaks are also convenient and easy to pack along for overnight trips, kennel visits or dog shows.

Dog Supplements in SmartPaks!
We have provided timely delivery of quality supplements to horse owners for years. People always ask us, “When will you have SmartPaks for dogs?” That time is now: All supplements (and some pharmaceuticals) we currently offer for dogs are now available in SmartPaks. We’ll ship your order automatically every 28 days, allow you to customize your dosage, and manage your account online if you wish.

Nutritious Dog Foods from SmartPak
If you read the label of your dog’s food, you might be surprised (or horrified) with what you find. Dog food ingredients can include almost any part of chickens (including feathers and feet), BHA/BHT as preservatives, and parts of animals obtained from anywhere. Of course, these ingredients are often listed cleverly, so you may have no idea what your dog is really eating. That’s why we’ve gone out and chosen dog foods made with only human grade ingredients. Really, if you wouldn’t eat it, you don’t want to feed it to your dog! The dog food market is a confusing one, and we want to help you make informed decisions about feeding your dog. If Your Dog Gets Some Supplements Just Once or Twice a Week.
If your dog doesn't need a supplement every day you can either purchase the supplement in bottles or order a one month supply of supplements in SmartPaks and just feed them as needed. To only order one month of SmartPaks you can either call us or simply cancel or place your order on hold after you receive your first shipment. You can then re-order as needed.

Stopping Shipments Temporarily. Putting an Order on Hold and Taking It Off of Hold.
From the “My Account” page, click “Adjust Shipping Schedules.” Click the “Put my shipment on hold” option under each dog's name that you would like placed on hold. For each animal, you will need to click the “Update” button, after selecting this option. The order will not be held until you click Update. Your order will not process as long as your order is on hold. If a dog in your account is on hold and you want to start up the SmartPak shipments again, follow the steps above and end by clicking “Take off Hold and Ship Now” and selecting either “Resume Autoship” or “Ship Just Once.” You will need to click Update after making these changes as well.
