The dog food sample program is great!! I was able to sample Newman's Own with my dog who is sensitive to some foods or just doesn't want to eat them. I didn't have to purchase a whole bag that if it made him ill or he just won't eat, I would have lots left over and have wasted money.

Sample Program Rocks!
I was curious about SmartPak's canine program, and had questions about the ingredients, additives and neutraceuticals contained in the foods offered. Customer service was all over my "label reader" questions. I was greatly pleased to be able to try two different formulas for my picky, elderly dog. She dove into both with formulas like I haven't seen her do in years. Having the ability to give her small, sample meals over the course of the couple of days gave me the chance to look for stomach upset and true palatability. Great Service!
My dog has decided he does not like his current food so I contacted SmartPak to discuss options for new food. What a difference!
Our German Shepherd had issues with allergies. He would wake us up at night by scratching constantly. Since being on Livesmart his scratching has not only decreased but his shedding has as well. He always had areas on his ears that the hair wouldn't grow, but for the first time they have hair! This was a great find for us. -
